Don't have a car? No problem! You can still travel around State College and Boalsburg using CATABUS or CATAGO. Save money while commuting to various places, such as the community pool, after-school or summer practice, shopping, the park, campus events, your job, and many other locations. If you're under 18, you can enjoy a discounted rate of only $26.00 per month.

We are excited to introduce the NEW SUMMER COMMUNITY BUS ROUTE, starting on May 6th, 2024. The Summer Youth Bus will connect you to some of the best spots in town, including the Welch Pool, The State Theater, 2000 Degrees, and more!

And guess what? If you're under 18, you can get a discounted pass for only $26 per month instead of the regular price of $86!

So, what are you waiting for? Hop on the bus and have the BEST SUMMER EVER!

Here are the details!

• A valid school identification card or a statement signed by a parent or legal guardian must qualify (available here). Please bring all documents to the CATA customer service center at 108 East Beaver Avenue State College, PA 16801 to receive your Youth Pass.
• Passes may be purchased in monthly increments for up to one year.
• Children under 40'' ride free.
• Passes offer unlimited access to all CATABUS and CATAGO! routes.
