Exciting news for CATA riders! Starting August 1st, 2025, getting around town will be smoother, faster, and way more convenient with the launch of Token Transit mobile validators on all CATABUS, CATAGO!, and CATARIDE Vehicles!
Token Transit mobile validators are sleek, contactless devices installed on buses that let you pay with your phone instantly. All you need is the Token Transit app, which you can download from the App Store or Google Play. Registration opens Tuesday, June 15th! Once it’s installed, simply purchase your fare on the app, scan the QR code on your cell phone with the validator when you board, and you’re good to go!

Skip the Cash: No need for paper tickets or coins—just your phone.
*Please note that riders will still be able to buy fare media and pay with cash.
Speed Up Boarding: Scanning to validate your ticket is quick, which means less time waiting and more time moving.
