Comments, Compliments and Complaints

Compliments, complaints and general comments or suggestions on any of CATA's services can be made several ways:

CATA uses its best efforts to investigate complaints within 10 business days after receipt. Once the complaint is received, the complainant will typically receive an acknowledgment of receipt within 3 days of receipt of the complaint. If more information is needed to resolve the complaint, CATA may contact the complainant. If the information is not received within thirty days from the date of the request, the complaint will be marked undetermined and closed.
