New for 2026:

    • Group passes are available for purchase in the TokenTransit app.
    • Downtown Shuttle has been replaced with fare-free Blue Loop and White Loop routes.
    • Blue and White Loops are fare-free for everyone. On game days, both routes will operate on detours throughout the day. Extended service to the Bryce Jordan Center, following the routing shown on the map below, will run from three hours before kickoff until one hour after the game ends.

Routing

Game Day Shuttle & Loop Service consists of three routes that provide continuous service between some area hotels, downtown State College, Penn State campus, and the Bryce Jordan Center (adjacent to Beaver Stadium). Game Time Routing starts 3 hours before the game and continues 1 hour after the game. For live bus locations on game day, use the myStop mobile app or realtime.catabus.com, and select BL Gameday, WL Gameday, or SA Shuttle route.

Blue Loop:
Serves downtown hotels, downtown parking garages, and campus in a clockwise direction. The Blue Loop is fare-free for all riders. Refer to the map above for game day stop locations during game time route service.

White Loop:
Serves downtown hotels, downtown parking garages, and campus in a counter-clockwise direction. The White Loop is fare-free for all riders. Refer to the map above for game day stop locations during game time route service.

South Atherton Shuttle:
Serves the many hotels along South Atherton St., as well as several other designated park-and-ride areas, including:
• Parking spaces behind the Giant at Hills Plaza. Refer to the Hills Plaza map above.
• On-street parking in Windmere Park (Rolling Ridge Dr. & Windmere Dr.) Parking is permitted only along the street, except on the north side of the northern loop. Parking in off-street private business lots is prohibited. Refer to Windmere Park parking map above.

South Atherton Shuttle Stops

The South Atherton shuttle will stop only at the specially marked shuttle stop locations along the route. In addition to the areas noted above, riders may also take advantage of on-street parking along and close to South Atherton Street, University Drive, and Easterly Parkway to access the South Atherton Shuttle.

Shuttle stops are marked with a sign stating “Game Day Shuttle South Atherton.” Shuttles will only stop at these signed locations. The photo shows an example of a stop served by the South Atherton Game Day Shuttle.

Schedule

Service begins 3 hours before kickoff and runs continuously for 1 hour after the game is over. After the game, the South Atherton shuttle operates one-way only from the Bryce Jordan Center (adjacent to the stadium).

Beginning one hour after the game ends, you can continue to use the fare‑free Blue and White Loop. On gamedays, both Loops will be subject to detours all day. For live bus locations on game day, use the myStop mobile app or realtime.catabus.com, and select the BL Gameday or WL Gameday route. Both routes offer convenient access around downtown State College and Penn State campus. The Blue Loop operates until 12:30 a.m. while the White Loop operates until 2:30 a.m.

*For the November 14, 2026 Military Appreciation Game, veterans and current service members can travel for free on the Game Day Shuttle. Hills Plaza Parking

Hills Plaza parking map

Parking near Hills Plaza is permitted only in the following three areas:

  • Behind Hills Plaza (not in front of Hills Plaza or in Hills South)
  • Along Rolling Ridge Drive (not in the off-street parking lots unless with permission of the property owner)
  • Along Windmere Drive (not in the off-street parking lots unless with permission of the property owner, not on the north side of the northern loop)

These parking restrictions are necessary for the Hills merchants and their customers who, through their contribution to this parking area, make this valuable service to the community possible. Cars parked outside of these permitted parking areas will be subject to ticketing and towing and may cause Hills Plaza to close the parking lot to Game Day Shuttle patrons altogether. Riders not following these restrictions will not be permitted to board the shuttle. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Since parking at Hills is limited, fans arriving at Hills within one hour of kickoff are encouraged to proceed directly to Windmere Drive or Rolling Ridge Drive where they will be able to park much closer to one of the pickup points. Riders are also reminded that there are approximately 80 parking spaces available at Easterly Parkway Elementary School, which is served by the shuttle. The White Loop stop near Schlow Library on Beaver Avenue is within two blocks of all three large downtown parking garages.

Other Shuttle Options

In conjunction with Penn State University, Fullington Trailways also offers round-trip transportation to and from Beaver Stadium for Penn State home games.
