CATA Transit OnePass agreement

Upon purchasing and using a CATABUS OnePass, you have agreed to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The transit pass is not transferable.  It is valid only for the person to whom it is issued and whose name (and picture if included) appear on the pass.  Improper use, including use by another person or intentionally defacing or altering the pass in any way, will result in confiscation of the pass.  A $15.00 fee will be charged to replace a confiscated pass. 

  1. The transit pass is the property of CATA.  CATA may revoke, limit or suspend its use at any time without prior notice.  The pass may be confiscated by a CATA employee who has reason to believe the pass is being improperly used.

  1. The pass holder agrees to take reasonable steps to ensure that the pass is not lost or stolen and will report a lost or stolen pass immediately to CATA.  A $15.00 fee will be charged to replace a lost or stolen pass.

  1. Passes that are broken, worn out or unreadable by the farebox will be replaced at no charge.  In all cases, the original pass must be surrendered before a new pass is issued.

  1. In certain circumstances, pass or replacement pass fees may be refunded minus a processing fee.

  1. CATA will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or inconvenience that a passenger may sustain from failure to maintain any particular service.  Schedules are subject to change without notice.

  1. CATA will not provide the personal information collected as part of issuinga pass to third parties.  By signing this form, you are authorizing CATA to use your contact information to inform you concerning CATA services including, but not limited to, detours, service disruptions, route and schedule changes, surveys, etc.

Replacement Fee for Lost/Stolen/Defaced/Mutilated/Confiscated Passes = $15.00 per pass
